Email our support inbox and a human reads it — usually the founder. Include the email you signed up with.

Report someone

Open their profile in the app, tap the safety options (⋯), and report or block. Blocking is immediate and mutual: you disappear from each other everywhere. Reports go to a person, not a queue.

Something looks broken

Force-close the app and reopen it — SHALLOW updates itself often. If it persists, email us with what you saw and what you expected.
